1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • 🇺🇸 United States (All 50 States)

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 Business Days

  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and product type.

Please note: Delivery time includes both processing and shipping time.


4. Shipping Options & Charges

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Free Shipping (Selected Products)

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99

  • Heavy Item Shipping: $18.99

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.


6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • High seasonal demand

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos (if damaged).

  • We will assist you promptly.
